PicPerk

PicPerk is an image viewer - with this program you can open your images in the most popular formats (bmp, cal, cur, dib, gif, ico, jpg, jpeg, jpe, pbm, pcx, dcx, pgm, png, tif, tga, etc.).
When you open the program you can see one window and two toolbars, when you open a file the program open another window in one of the side and you can see all the images files that have in your folder.
In the Images tag you can select part of the image with your mouse and add different effects like Flip with this you can take the selected area and put above of your photos or images, with the Mirror you turn to one or another side, with Rotate you can rotate it in the angle that you wish. In the crop you can cut your images in the size that you wish and the resize give the size that you want. You can add the most commons filters (blend, blur, diffuse, dilate, erode, median, mosaic, motion blur, noise, sharpen and soften) you can transform your pictures and get incredible effects and forms. Other tags are: Pinch, Perspective, Ripple and Swirl.
In the colors tag you can change the brightness, contrast, gamma, concave and convex parabolic, equalize, gray scale, negative and more.
With the tools you can create a Slide Show, put the image like Wallpaper or remove it, and you can associated your files with PicPerk too.
